It’s never a bad idea to wear pieces and outfits that you love, even when packing light!

My first essential has to be packing cubes; these are a traveller's best friend, especially when hopping from one island to another. They allow you to organise your luggage efficiently, separating your outfits, beachwear, and toiletries, making it easier to find what you need without disrupting your entire suitcase. One of my favourite travel organisation hacks is bringing a hanging toiletry bag. These are indispensable for keeping all your skincare, makeup, and bath items in one place. The convenience of hanging it in the bathroom means surfaces stay clutter-free and your essentials are always within reach.
Carabiners are incredibly useful for attaching items like water bottles, hats, or even your wet bag to your tote bag or backpack. But my best way to use these is for clipping shoes or sandals to my bag after a day at the beach. After a day of swimming in the sea or pool, a wet bag for your swimwear is a necessity, but is easily forgotten! It keeps the rest of your belongings dry and separates your damp items from your dry ones.
Toiletry bottles are perfect for decanting your favourite products into travel-friendly sizes. This not only saves space in your luggage but also ensures you stay within the pesky 100ml carry-on limits if you're flying! Lastly, a quick dry towel is an essential item for any beach holiday, especially when island hopping. Not only do they take up less space than traditional towels, but they also dry incredibly fast, making them ready for your next beach stop or swim.
